Me*
A glimpse inside the elements that have made me the woman & creative I am today.
What Makes Me Whole
My journey into design has been anything but conventional, and that's what makes it uniquely mine. Starting in radio during high school (WFOS Chesapeake), I discovered my love for media. This passion led me to study mass communications at Norfolk State University, where I gained valuable experience in on-screen news production and editorial work. Editorial work turned bts Marketing and Curatorial Ad content, turned design- and I've been hooked ever since!
I draw much of my experience from my day-to-day experiences and what makes me happiest. When I'm not doodling and refining my techniques, I'm volunteering with local girl scouts and local public school programs about the importance of bees as a pollinator educator, National Speech & Debate Association as a volunteer judge, and so more as I frequently commit my career to community enrichment. I enjoy baking as a means to declutter my weekly organized work chaos and lean into something that helps me exude patience.

Taking advantage of exploring what my peers, colleagues and network have to offer through classes, mentorship and conferences.
Building on my Hobbies
I've taken on new fun things and have honed in on things I have abandoned over the years- Beekeeping, Horse Back Riding, Playing the Bass, Designing Interiors and indulging in new social experiences.

Investing in my Growth and Perspectives
